By accessing or using AdSpoty you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
3. Account responsibilities
Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Listings & conduct
- You must own or have rights to sell what you list.
- Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not violate our Prohibited Items policy.
- No spam, harassment, fraud, or scraping.
- AdSpoty may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
5. Fees & subscriptions
Some features require payment. Fees are disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel any time from Dashboard → Settings.
6. Transactions
AdSpoty provides the platform; transactions happen between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to your transaction unless explicitly stated (escrow, managed payments).
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you post but grant AdSpoty a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote it. The AdSpoty name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property.
8. DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. See our DMCA policy to file or respond to a takedown.
9. Disclaimers
AdSpoty is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdSpoty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced; continued use constitutes acceptance.
